Visit policy
Every appointment reserves a room, a specialist, and time held just for you. So that we can look after every client fairly, we ask you to follow a few simple rules.
Choose what you have booked
Consultation
Step 1 / 3
You book
If you need to change your consultation, tell us at least 24 hours before it starts. The first change is free.
Step 2 / 3
Up to 24 hours before
A second change, or a cancellation less than 24 hours before, releases your slot to other clients.
Step 3 / 3
Visit day
If you miss your consultation without letting us know, you lose the visit.
For every visit
You can change or cancel by phone at +48 537 918 875, on Booksy, or by Instagram message.
Running late? Call us. We hold your appointment for 15 minutes. After that, the visit happens only if it fits the remaining time.
A missed visit costs the clinic about 800 PLN of specialist and room time that nobody else can use at short notice. That is why these rules exist.
If late changes or missed visits keep repeating, we hold your next appointment only after a 100 PLN reservation fee paid up front. In repeated cases we can offer paid visits only, or decline the booking.
A personal or medical emergency is different. Contact us as soon as you can; we treat those situations individually.
